1. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ starts from 50 pcs per order. Mixed designs may be supported depending on size and specification. Tiered wholesale volume pricing is available for orders of 100+, 500+, and 1,000+ pieces.

2. Are samples available before placing volume orders?

Samples are available for qualified commercial, wholesale, and retail projects. Digital proofs and mockups are provided within 24 hours, and custom physical samples are ready for dispatch in 3–5 business days.

3. What is your production lead time?

Standard turnaround time is 7–15 business days for regular wholesale batches, and 15–20 days for high-volume container shipments after artwork proof confirmation and deposit receipt.

4. What payment methods and terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (telegraphic wire transfer), PayPal, and other commercial payment arrangements. Standard manufacturing terms are a 30% deposit to start production and the remaining 70% balance before dispatch.

5. Do you support custom OEM / ODM framing and private labeling?

Yes. We specialize in custom OEM and ODM manufacturing. We support custom framing profiles (solid pine/oak wood, high-density PS moulding, brushed aluminum alloy), custom canvas dimensions, private brand logos, barcodes, and custom inserts.

6. What is your quality control (QC) policy?

We maintain 12 in-house dedicated QC specialists and 21 Epson professional giclée printers across our 7,000+ ㎡ facility. We conduct 100% pre-shipment inspections across every order to verify color consistency, framing precision, and structural durability.

7. How is artwork packaged for transit and Amazon FBA?

Each finished piece is fitted with 4-corner protective guards, shrink wrap, and packed in heavy-duty 5-ply corrugated cartons designed to reduce the risk of transit damage. Full barcode labeling, carton marking, and Amazon FBA palletizing are supported.

8. What international shipping methods do you provide?

We provide complete worldwide door-to-door logistics, including DDP (Delivered Duty Paid with customs clearance and local delivery), FOB, and CIF via sea freight, air freight, and express courier services.
