What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is 50 pieces total per order. You can mix different designs — no minimum required per design. For custom OEM orders, MOQ may vary depending on the product type and size. Please contact us for specific requirements.

Do you offer free samples?

Yes! We offer free samples for qualified buyers. You only pay for the shipping cost. Contact us via the Get a Quote page to request your free sample.

What is your lead time?

Standard lead time is 7–15 business days after artwork approval and deposit payment. Rush orders can be arranged upon request.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and other major payment methods. Standard terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment.

Do you accept OEM work?

Yes. You can make some change from our original design or provide us your own idea.

Do you have more designs?

Yes, we have thousands of designs, please contact us directly for the e-catalogue.

What's your quality control policy?

We conduct 100% inspection of all goods before shipment to ensure every order meets our quality standards.
